Year-Round Preschool & Kindergarten

Does your child attend the Preschool & Kindergarten program 12 months per year? Does your child regularly stay for full days? One of our Year-Round Montessori classrooms may be the right fit for your family!

The Year-Round Montessori classrooms are exclusively dedicated to children who attend The Montessori School full-day and year round. Children in these classrooms will have one continuous program from 7:30 am - 6:00 pm, 12 months per year. Children can arrive anytime between 7:30 am and 8:30 am and be picked up anytime between 3 pm and 6 pm.

Transitions are eliminated as students will stay with the staff and their peers through the morning work-cycle, lunch, recess, nap (if needed), and the afternoon work-cycle. The benefits are endless as this group of children become their own year-round, close community for a three-year cycle.

Year-Round Primary Program Highlights

Ages 3 - 6 (children can begin at two years, nine months)
12-month program, continuous throughout the year
Open 7:30 am - 6:00 pm (drop-off between 7:30 and 8:30 am, pick-up between 3:00 and 6:00 pm)
Children arrive and depart at similar times, eliminating mid-day transitions
Closings include one week in mid-August, one week at the end of December, one week in March, and two days in late February
One close, 12-month community for a 3-year cycle with the same Lead Guide for the entire year
All before- and after-school childcare is included in tuition price and you can use as needed with flexibility
