Primary Summer Camps
Week 1 - Under the Stars (June 22 - 26, 2026) This camp focuses on igniting a sense of wonder about the solar system and the universe, providing fun, hands-on activities that blend science, creativity, and outdoor adventure. Through imaginative play and learning, children will embark on an interstellar journey, exploring the stars, planets, and beyond! Week 2 - Above the Sea (July 6 - July 10, 2026) An exciting, nature-filled adventure for explorers! This camp encourages children to connect with the great outdoors through hands-on activities that promote curiosity, physical activity, and environmental awareness. Whether it's discovering bugs, learning about habitats, observing plants, or exploring the natural world around them, campers will enjoy a wide variety of outdoor experiences! Week 3 - Recycled Art (July 13 - 17, 2026) Join us for a creative and eco-friendly program designed for young artists. This camp introduces children to the exciting world of art and sustainability, using recycled materials to create colorful, imaginative masterpieces. Through fun, hands-on activities, kids will learn how to repurpose everyday items, reduce waste, and express their creativity in unique ways! Week 4 - Under the Sea (July 20 - 24, 2026) A water-filled and exciting adventure for young ocean explorers! This camp takes the children on an exciting underwater journey to discover the amazing animals that live in and around the sea. Through interactive activities, games, and creative crafts, children will learn about sea creatures, their habitats, and the importance of ocean conservation— all while having tons of fun! Week 5 - Culinary Creations (July 27 - 31, 2026) A fun, hands-on cooking camp designed for promising chefs! This program introduces children to the basics of cooking, food groups, and kitchen safety in a playful and interactive environment. Through diverse recipes and engaging food themed activities, children will learn to explore the world of food while developing important motor skills, creativity, and teamwork. Week 6 - Prehistoric Dino Camp (August 3 - 7, 2026) This camp is a roaring good time designed for young paleontologists! This camp takes children on a fun, interactive adventure back to the age of dinosaurs, where they will dig, play, and learn about these amazing prehistoric creatures. Through hands-on activities, creative play, and exploration, the children will discover the world of dinosaurs while developing important skills in science, art, and geography |
Elementary Summer Camps
Week 1 - Field Trip (June 22 - 26, 2026) This Montessori Field Trip Summer Camp offers upper elementary and Middle School-aged children the chance to explore and learn beyond the classroom. Campers will visit a variety of local destinations using the public Metro bus system. These outings support curiosity and real-world learning independence, social skills, and a deeper connection to their community. Week 2 - Cardboard Creations (July 6 - 10, 2026) This hands-on summer camp invites elementary-aged children to explore Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math (STEAM) through open-ended cardboard construction and design. Using recycled cardboard, simple tools, and their imaginations, children plan, build, test, and improve their own creations—just like real engineers and designers. By the end of the week, campers will proudly showcase their cardboard creations, having built confidence, curiosity, and a deeper love of learning through hands-on STEAM exploration. Week 3 - Fiber Arts (July 13 - 17, 2026) - REGISTRATION FULL Elementary students will explore creativity through hands-on fiber art in a Montessori-inspired environment. Using materials like yarn and fabric, campers will practice simple techniques such as weaving, stitching, and braiding while working at their own pace. This calm, creative camp encourages independence, fine motor skills, and joyful artistic expression with friends. Week 4 - Primitive Skills (July 20 - 24, 2026) This outdoor Montessori summer camp invites elementary-aged children to explore primitive skills through hands-on, nature-based learning. Campers will practice age appropriate skills, including shelter building, simple tool use, nature crafts, cooking over a fire, foraging, and outdoor games, while working collaboratively and independently. Week 5 - Culinary Creations (July 27 - July 31, 2026) Join us in an immersive culinary adventure as we explore fun and healthy recipes. Students will learn to plan and prepare delicious recipes from start to finish. They will learn how to properly cut/dice, wash, and prepare fruits and vegetables, learn how to follow recipes, and how to organize and clean their cooking spaces to prepare for lifelong habits. Week 6 - Dungeons and Dragons (August 3 - 7, 2026) Join us for an imaginative experience for elementary students that blends collaborative storytelling and role-play. Campers become heroes in an age-appropriate Dungeons & Dragons–style world where they choose characters, shape the story, and work together to solve problems through creativity, logic, and teamwork. Campers will work on character creation, map-making, creative writing, math and logic puzzles, and reflective discussion, all balanced with movement and play. No prior D&D experience is needed—just curiosity, imagination, and a readiness for adventure. |
